I bet my first wank came quicker than your first mini turbo

These new modern turbos with their quick spool up time, would make the competition harder.

bought a set of aley cat wheels 7x14 they only just clear the anti roal bar links front and back. but they hit the calapers at the front because of the shape of the inside of the wheeels(the back of the spokes) . i dont realy want to use spacers but it does solve the problem for now.

Should be easy enough to get the inner wheel centres turned down my a few mm. Shouldn't effect the strength of the wheel.

the wheel on the back is an allycat 14x7 and on the front is a mgf wheel 15x6. I want to run a pretty low profile but havent found many good tyre options. Anyone know of any decent tyres in either of these wheel sizes?

The mgf that i used for the engine had air con so i took the pump off wich sat just under the alternator. there's a bracket that the air con pump and alternator just to the left of the exaust manafold wich holds a pully which is not needed just wondering wat a non air con one looks like. cheers Nat

The revenge of the oversills!
Other than that, I'm really liking the fabrication.

I think oversills are ok when not being used as oversills! At least you have cut away all the old outersill! Looking good keep up the good work

Looking good.

THe over sills will be fine as long as you cut vents in them. Austin out the vents there for a reason...

got the other side done except the A panel today. Also made a small repair. It all went well except i got some distortion on the rear quarter panel, nothing too big but i dont really like the whole preparing for paint thing.

Got the other A panel on during the week. I decided the old paint needs to go so i got the paint striper out! it took me longer than expected to take all the paint off, probabaly because of all the fumes. I also cut of the vallance but got a power cut half way through the job so that was as far as i got this weekend. ill put some more pics up tomorow.
