Yes i was just wondering if it would be a bit safer thats all i am thinking about putting the money into a nice stage 3 head or something on the lines,

Its my birthday next week and i shal hopefully be getting my mini around that time so as soon as i get it i shal start adding pictures and il blog it all up for you all if your intrested!

the biggest problem is mate, that EVERYTHING regarding basic knowledge into turbo conversions etc etc has been covered before on this site at one time.

when i first joined i posted 1 intro thread and then jumped into another thread head first when i didnt really know anything! i gave advise which was bollocks etc etc and i got shot down in flames as i should have been! so i spent the next 2-3 months!! just search old posts and keeping an eye on new posts. i soon realised that there are many many very knowledgable people on here and people that have got a great insight into certain areas of vehicle set-ups/engines etc.

the best advice/information i can give you without sounds harsh is to not start any topics but use the search button (there i said it again) and when you find the thread that you have been looking for with the info your needing but maybe dont quite understand, post a reply in that thread.

everyone can then see you have been searching and will be 100% more willing to help you understand.

Ahhh the dreams I had at 14. I guess if you have an idea in your head about what you want, if our advice contadicts that you're not going to be happy. Which seams to be what has happened in this thread.

To make a mini reliable, it's best to use as many standard parts as possible.
