More like a dream *smiley*

8or7 port t25 side mounted turbo, fully mapable Fuel injection and ignition
with as bullet proof as I can get bottom end and gearbox
in a car resembling Stuart Gurrs chopped Speedster style shell

The shells halfway there but has been sat in the garage for 6 month now with no progress. Had to do loads of work on my daily runner (1310 Turbo) and my house, and haven’t had enough time/money

Something I've been thinking about for ages but doubt whether I'll ever have the time and money to do it.

Who knows!

Sold the turbo and seeing what the C20XE can do!

Near Lincoln

i go round to mikes most weeks and lets just say he's not the biggest fanof turbo's. im trying to bring him round though!!

his roller throttle bodies do look good though. when i get a bullet proof bottom end sorted with him he's sorting the mappable ignition. for some reason he's not keen on emerald though. have to see when i get sorted.

Back to injection. I know nothing about it at all but I'm interested. According to one of my mates (who runs a Fisher Fury) the kitcar scene are making up their own injection systems from scrapyards. It's a case of injectors of this ECU off that and then setting it up somehow. I think I have found a website with this on but it all seems quite high level stuff to me. Must do some reading.
www.msefi.com=this DIY site.

Good luck and I hope it inspires some of you. stu

Bugger off, I'm getting there.

Turboing minis since '89
Supercharging minis since '04

i think cost can put people off ,if you going diy its £500 ? or pro up to £2000
surely if you use a sequential (microtech)inj system with 4 injectors cross firing at each inlet valve it should be no probs , but then a carb and needle giving 90? percent efficientcy is easier and cheaper
