Finally got chance to finish the cam pulley adaptors off yesterday (still need to cut keyway, but waiting untill timing is near set).

Looking good matty, I think you'll find that you have to countersink the bolts holding the plate on, as the belt gets very close.

My backplates are bespoke CAD items, pullies are from a Fiesta 1.25, though i do have some ally vernier ones to go on once i have it running, they too are off a Honda engine but the 36 tooth SOHC items in the US, 34 too small, 38 too big, 36 spot on On 26th Oct, 2004 TurboDave16v said:
