surely those results didn't stand??

Here for the craic..

A couple of things strike me watching those ....

First off there isn't much wrong with Endaf's car overall as you don't run at the front of a controlled 1 make series like Miglia without having a top car and a driver who can pedal a bit.

Second, Thruxton is still not an exciting curcuit .... it wasn't when I was racing Porsche Turbo Cup in the late 90s and looks even less exciting in a Mini. That is to watch ..... any circuit is exciting at the front of a race!!!!

Thirdly if there is anything you can say about Endaf's car it's that he seems to have a little more trouble getting the front end to tuck in than the Vickers car (still Bill???) and it looks like he's having to turn in a little earlier on some of the tighter bits which means having a little less apex speed just by the laws of pyshics. Not knowing Mig' regs I'm not sure what could be done ..... rear tyre pressures up? A little less toe on the back? Weight distribution? Car looks planted thoguh so could probably loosen the rear a little without it becoming a handful.

Looks like fun though ..... has put me off having a go a Super Mighty as they are going to be mega slow compared to that and there is no way I can afford to go Mig racing ..... certainly not after having a break from the curcuits of about 7 years!!! :(
