You need the injectors only. Nothing more at all. On 17th Nov, 2014 Tom Fenton said:

They could well be - but this might be off a 'dizzyless' rover, or it might not ('96 was the changeover year).

ha ha! how did i miss this post!!!! i am definatley not the same stu as stuart gurr(vmax)!!! i am a lot more good looking for a start. yes you can fit the m62 and the m90 blowers, but the m62 has an in built clutch assy to stop the blower overspeeding. none of them require an oil feed. mine is the m90 and handles 20psi quite happily (ask hippyinamini!)
balls to the blower!!!

might be worthwhile making an inlet manifold out of something quite substantial. i used 5mm thick plate as a mating surface, and it disatorted at first under the heat. just a pointer mate. balls to the blower!!!

Find an inlet manifold from a bluebird / 200sx turbo and use the injector holders from that is one option... On 17th Nov, 2014 Tom Fenton said:

Also - Not every M62 had clutches - Some M45's also had them. These were just to dis-engage the blower to improve part-throttle economy before the integral by-pass came about on the current generation units. You could in-theory still de-clutch the blower on these, but the added complexity, cost and reliability of the electro-clutches when compared to the tiny efficiency gains has lead to them falling out of favour. Until the 1.4 twin-charger setup in the VW started development at least - this uses an M25 unit that clutches out at some low speed like 3500rpm when the turbo takes over - by which point this tiny supercharger is at max RPM's being so highly-geared.
