No not yet, the KAD on is the favourite for reliability as I haven't heard anything bad about them apart from the price!! And TBH I really don't fancy spending £180 on a water pump.

Matty, looking good ,BUT,,, i don`t like your oil drain from the turbo, it reduces along the way & it`s best you have it expanding - larger along the way down, if you get my drift?

![]() Just watch out with these water hoses and the manifold that they dont burn through, try and keep them as far away from it as possible Edit: that sounded patronising, but ive burnt through them before and it looks like itll be a pig to change in place Edited by Nic on 23rd Dec, 2007. |

yeah good point nic , i assumed mat was going to wrap all the parts near heat ,but if not matt , id deff wrap those oil pies or the manifold ,so it doesnt melt the teflon liner in the braided pipe .,may never happen but hey ,whats a bit of pipe wrap or loft insulation wrapped in tin foil going to cost !! The water hoses would be an absolute PITA to fit in place (if it is possible at all). There are a few places I can route them without them getting to close to the manifold just don't want to cut into my nice new shiney hose yet till its in the car and all measured up.

are you going to use the thermoinsulation on the manifold? to keep temps down and to save your water hoses Drives

Make exhaust downpipe Make Plenum chamber Fit rad (and prey it goes in) Fit remote oil filter Fit electric water pump (and buy) Wire it all in And then more than likely gonna have endless teething problems...but at least now the engine is in I can start making the other brackets etc.. https://www.facebook.com/pages/Fusion-Fabri..._homepage_panel
