Been for a spin this evening. 5psi boost. Feels decent. Few teething issues, rear suspension is settling fast so will need to be raised slightly and it could do with being a bit stiffer, wheels are well out of balance but other than that no dramas so far. If something is worth doing, it's worth doing half of. |

Popped the brackets on the the gearbox for the adjustable engine steadies and fitted one of them, got the engine tilted the engine forward a few degrees, the water feed for the turbo no longer kisses the bulkhead under acceleration. Got to drill the subframe for the other three. Also replaced the cheapo rubber bush in the top steady for a poly one. Lots more tweaking to do!!! just profiled up the needle based on the data logs, hopefully it will flatten out the afr delivery throughout the needle and enough fuel for some more boost Yes i moved to the darkside |
