Iain.

Just been on the Northampton Motorsport website.

http://www.northamptonmotorsport.com

Really impressed by their new RR. Looks the absolute dogs.

Not wishing to sound a twat but what are the guys like ? Are they Turbo Mini friendly ?

Oh - and I'll defo be at the Pod on Sunday, assuming I don't pop anything on the RR on Saturday !

Just a bloody shame a few others won't be able to make it. However, there's still time ..........

Minivanless, but reluctantly happy living with the decision. There'll be another one day.

apparently they've done a fair few and everyone has been happy so that sounds a good thing. unfortunately juggling location and finding one somebody uses is a bit of a mare!

I'm still planning to be there with the 998 EFi Turbo.

I need to fix an oil leak and make a new catch tank from a plastic bottle, but unless I bust it in the meantime, shouldn't be a problem.

However, I'm still making parts for the Miglia, so that will not be making an appearance.

there is loads of space, i only have 11 paymens so there is upto 19 spaces left! come along *smiley*

Santa Pod said camping is ok, see earlier in the thread (pg7/8 i think)

basically its 20quid to get in (10 just for the sunday, basically to camp you have to buy a weekend ticket which is a bit of an arse but not exactly making it expensive)) and camp as its an all weekend RWYB so can only guess there will be more people there, advantage being getting early runs in i guess?

Or i'm happy to stop somewhere else if everyone wants too, just camping is cheaper!

Nope, all money is now on the day as i had enough cars to cover the deposit i needed to pay and make sure it was worthwhile.

It seems hard to get anyone to commit to stuff!

So the only real bit i'm organising is the RR. with all the rest really being just a case of saying where and when.

I will ring the RR when i'm home at the end of this week and see if there is a burger van etc that will be around.

I did ask about having a bbq and they said that would be fine, so it might be an option if i bring a big bbq and people just bring food, bit of charcoal etc and helps themselves, providing its not lashing it down!

Iain.

If its easier, or in addition, I can bring a 2 ring gas camping stove, with a couple of frying pans, cutlery etc. and a gazebo if it would help.

I'm sure we could do a supermarket run for food and stuff on the morning of the RR.

supermarket run i'm sure would be the easiest, all chip in etc.

I;ll be bringing a small stove.

Not sure if we're organised enough to manage this *happy*

But i'm sure we'll manage!

maybe a seperate post with what your bringing to the RR might help and if your camping or not
