The backlight is permanantly on, and is wired into the ignition (makes it easier to read). Im still trying to work out how to get the rev counter working, and need to make a trigger wheel up for the speedo...lame I know! i'll let you know how i get on then

Matty, I have just tested out the GSXR clocks I am going to use and the tacho has a 5v pull up within itself, so to get it working with the ECU, all thats needed is to connect it to a free output (that does not have a volt pull up) and then configure the output.
