Engines mounted now fitted 3 large 55mm rubber ones like before but il add some stabilisers when everything else is in and fitted up
just need to go round and weld everything up, and make some other adjustments,
Need to get the front subby built back up as I used the one from this on the sprint,

Obviously got lots of bare metal that needs coating, maybe red oxide for now

I have had a lot on I have moved premises and upgraded the business a bit so that has taken a load of time!!
I totally forgot to add some photos that I have been taking, not really done that much really!

New rear panels should be here next week

Cheers jim, I'm only 5'10 bit I used to find my ankles would ache if I drove it too long,
Although I've manager to move the seat back a bit more by trimming the bulkhead!

Well. Here's the thing I've paid up for this pure rally thing and that's in July, so I need atleast a month to break it before I go!
I've just had quite a bit on work wise that's all!

Managed to get the gear selector all working
And admittedly I have cheated on this by using a vx220 selector
Position feels quite nice,

Hi guys how's it going, I cannot believe the last time I updated this was in February 2014!
I decided to go travelling for a little while and ended up staying in South America for about eight months
Was absolutely fantastic I got my dive master certificate whilst I was in Honduras, which is something that I'd always wanted to do.
So I have been back about a month now and I sold my orange bodychop to finally get the truck finished!
And so far I am actually getting there for once,
Ended up going for a 3.2 instead, i'm currently having a ball lake with trying to find a wiring diagram for a Vauxhall Vectra C I have an aftermarket ECU to wire in, I think it's going to be a case of some how continuity testing all the wires to find what I need.
I changed a load of stuff and made a few bits and pieces a little bit better although I do have a feeling I won't know that I'm fairly happy until I've actually driven the bloody thing

Had an absolute mission tracing wires back,
Because I have 2 coil over plug packs, one each side..

Do I just wire it together like a single coilpack ? As in each of the packs has 3 matching signal wires and the ECU has 3 outputs
Here's the diagram if anyone can make sense of it

vauxhall diagrams are propper dog dirt !

the kit car i built used a donor vauxhall omega !

never using vauxhall again ! sorry i cant help on the wiring diagram but you could check to see how the megasquirt guys do it
i had ms3 on the 4cyl ecotec i had.

Been extremely slow progress on this.
And even less posted on here, I ended up going for a canems ECU I'm at the stage now where it's alot of small jobs to do, the amount of times I've done things twice is stupid.
That said I didn't really have any plans as such and it was the first time I hqd done something on this scale.
