thanks for the reminders, I knew there was something I had to be doing!!

Late Oct I had a change of plan with the cooling system on the car - two reasons - I didn't like the underbonnet layout it was just too busy and secondly I really wanted to run a bigger engine rad. So both the chargecooler rad and a "double a mini size" cooling rad inc fans have been relocated to under the boot floor. Boot floor is still intact its all underneath. This has taken a bit of time to sort out properly whilst ensuring correct ducting for airflow etc. So this is now done as of the weekend and the alignment has been done correctly on our laser rig - in theory I can fire it when I have an ecu in my hands, if we didn't keep selling them all!

Speed--hmm yes I'l lhave to rewind my brain 9 years to when I was riding 900cc superbikes on the commute to work everyday.lol!

oh and the small matter of building another car entirely for the past couple of months has slowed progress - this one will be running end of next week as well.

JK

Does this mean what I think it means:) It will be making an appearance in February?

John, any news on this?? us it running yet.

18 months spent now on this conversion, I think I did mine in under 18days. Surely you must have had a few power runs by now, or are you keeping it under your hat??

Well at least the bonnet closes john without massive holes *wink*

John you need to spend less time with the roller on the walls and more time with the spanners on the gold one. Whats the hold up?? Can't still be waiting for an ECU

the bonnet isn't closed there - it'll go down another inch at the back.

Up until Tuesday - yes I was still waiting for an ecu - I have one in my hands now though and I'm not letting go of it!

John, you could do to loose a few grams on the weight of the car by removing the furry iron filing tree from the TC sensors *hehe!*
