im just going to run the standard mini wiper gear but relocate the motor, i left two holes when i did the bulkhead box so i can get to the little gear housings, then im just going to bend the tube and have the motor behind the dash. well thats the paln anyway, i havent actually fitted any of this! Think Nic did this on his car, I'm hoping to do it to mine aswell when i get round to it. Pretty sure with the standard tubing it was locking the cable with only slightly tight bends. Think he got round it by buying some more ductile copper pipe and doing it that way? Thinner grease will help to I guess!! |

the air needs to be collected form a n area where it flow close to the car surface , thats why rally cars collect from the front top of screen,

Andy - bring air in from the floor area fromjust in front of the heal board is a good area - once the airflow gets past the engine it goes laminar along the floor until it gets to the subby area then goes turbulent - unless theres a diffuser to pass it out.

Hey Andy, Ive been following the Gurston Hillclimb for a few years and have worked on a couple of cars up there. One of the guys who has the original diffuser that yours was based on was toying with the idea of putting naca ducts in the diffuser, with a couple of small puller fans in the boot to take take some air from under the car into his boot mounted twin radiators...
