Agreed Joe...I was quite suprised how soft the original rivets were!

Its not the rivets Im afraid of, its a heavy cast iron verto flywheel at 8500rpm

so basily you need two clutches drill the rivets out of one and bolt the two fork sets and diaphams together?? |

wikid so basicly adding the extra diapham puts more pressure on the clutch plate? in turn no more slipping?

I doubt mine is going to be seeing the rev limiter any time soon due to me keep bottling in on the throttle due to the torque steer. lol

Yeah its quite hard, can't remember how hard it used to be now though. lol (excuse the inuendos). It cant be far different from the grey setup, but if a stiff pedal means a working clutch then im not too fussed really.
