Well after, 10hrs In The cave I do have a vid for you but it will not let me upload it *oh well* it helped having the wife there to do the little bits that take the time, so I could push on with the big stuff.

Most of the day was spent working on the exhaust and getting to fit just as I liked it, up nice and tight.

As It stands tonight, the OCD is getting out of hand now lol.

Tomorrow I hope to get lots done as the wife has her list of jobs lol.

Some pics of today's work *smiley* just needs a good clean out now,

I just need to fit the back dash cards when I am happy everything is working.

And then I fired it up to get it up to temp to make sure the everything on the dash was working. Only to find out the fan switch is dead *frown* so I wasted the rest of the afternoon fault finding Orwell I will order one in a bit.

Simon.

Ive had loads of trouble with fan switches too, I think back EMF from the motor ( or relay) might kill them.

looking excellent simon,
with he fan switch i wired mine so it earthed a relay that powered the fan, i could also earth this through the ecu and (or) a manual switch so i could have it running with the car shut down

Yes i moved to the darkside *happy*

There's loads of m22x1.5 switches, found this out looking for what fits my cinq rad, was thinking 92-86, is this what most run?

That's it brett, I have it running to a relay, when I stop I just leave the water pump running and it keeps the fan going if needed any way.

Carl I was thinking of running with that sort of temps.

Thanks graham.
