Have a search, there is a how to. I usually drill two small holes behind the outer race of the bearing and drift it out, then put some grub screws in the holes.

Thanks i will note that!

Fitted my new ball joints last night and lapped them in. How "tight" should they be in the cup? i have to move them with some force or should it be smooth and easy?

Tight is good. Just before they feel like they bind.

In the 13's at last!.. Just

I have the nut tightened by hand and they bind at the moment so i guess i need more shims?

They would lock up i bet when i tighten the nut down as they are now.

I'd be tempted to clock the housing a little more on the compressor snail to give you a bit nor clearance. Looks a nice housing with the high outlet.

It is able to touch the manifold so i do have a fair bit of movement if i need it.

Where can i get a oil drain for the back of the block without paying around £20+ for a billet one? that i will never see.

Need to get a oil feed pipe if anyone has one for sale or knows a decent place that makes them up?
