It's an adapter for water temp sensor.

Ended up going and bought some a539s, got wheels on and gave it a run up street, runs real nice, feels soo good to get back in the mini, after 14months

I look forward to getting it out, should be at Avon, money will be tight though, exhaust, mot and tax on the mini, a few hours on the rollers, 2 lots of insurance then tax the van too. :(

Had a very hectic day yesterday getting my exhaust done, ended up having to take my turbo off and making a new downpipe, as it just didn't sit right for a sleeve, turbo was on and off at least 20 times getting it perfect, few little jobs to do then hopefully squeeze me in for an mot.

Thanks, it turned out just how I wanted it, its 2.25" with just 2.25" wonky cut tube as a tip (im sure it has a name), just plain and simple, let the engine do the talking.

Mike, the wheels came up ok, the black suits the car, again, nothing too "showy", just looks like a normal mini from the outside.

I think wonky chop sounds more dashing, it suits me and my attitude anyway, real looking forward to getting it on the rollers

Had a good drive today, the gt20 is an awesome turbo, any gear, any revs, just give it some throttle and it boosts up straight away, using the gt17 actuator for now, went to give it 100% throttle, fook me this is quick for 8psi, looked over and seen 1.5bar, didn't go that lean from the quick glance it got, but backed off straight away, got home, luckily, what I thought was a bdd, was actually a bca, had a quick snout around and saw the pipe split right after the snail, must of been all the faffing with the downpipe yesterday.

Been out for a blast, 12psi at 11:1afr on a modded bca needle, goes well, real chuffed with it.

If something is worth doing, it's worth doing half of.

Yeah seems brill, runs rich low down but no missfires,vwhich is what's to be expected, I havess bodged up choke now, so I leaned it off on the mixture screw, got rid of that little splutter when setting off, idle is about 13:1.

I think I will stick the gt20 actuator on next time with little preload, aim for 15psi see what the fueling is like.

is that bled out to 12 psi or is that on the gt17 actuator?
