I cant understand how you still had any oil pressure ?

Well It was only that 1 big end and it hadent compleatly failed so the engine having gd oil pressure kept it from dying compleatly

I'd be checking the oilways in the crank and block to make sure they aren't bunged up with crap

Guna have the crank done mate, x-drilled and reground.

Latest mod, my new matty manifold. Started mating the two for half hour.

Just gota grind some turbo away for the basterd bolt and that will be on. Then have to mod my oil return to fit as its alot tighter in now.

What do the crank journals look like?

Looking good marra! I have a spare rod if you need one! Can you get your pistons off the rods ok?

Cranks ok but will be getting a regrind to be sure.

I'd definately be pulling all the oil gallery core plugs too for a good clean.

Also looks like there is some scoring on your cam bearings.

Took a trip today to see rick spi, he helped me with a boost hose to fix my van. Cheers again for that rick and I purchased his gt20 so been doing some new mocking today,

Wel ive made a start on my new project not sure how efficently it will work but its gota be alot better than the stock gt20 wastegate which is a pisshole. Got a cheapo for now. Shall see how well it works.

To control this ive brought a aem truboost so il finaly be able to use my gear knob boost button

Also adapted my downpipe. Just gota nip it all down to a mate for tigin now.

P.s I felt bad cuttin the hole in the matty mani.
