So when some joey comes on here about how his 16v turbo vauxhall is great compared to ours, he can be given the 'bird'...

very nice matty, you want to make a jig around that manifold then make a few manifolds to sell, I'd buy one.

Grand job.

Presumably thats a GT17 flange.

Does the turbo fit without a bulkhead box?

I do believe it needs the bulkhead box still

However it looks like it will flow well

It was painful enough just making the one...sorry guys!

Paul, yeah it is for a GT17 although on the weekend me and Nic found out that it will also work for a T2 flange which is good if a decide to change turbo in the future...

As far as I can tell it will fit without any bulkhead mods, I'll take some pics when its in.

Yes, the bolt pattern is the same for the GT17, T2 and T25.

The round hole is the GT17 specfic detail.

Right today is officially the "wanky bollox fuck sake annoying jobs night"...

Spent the last 5 hours filing head studs and nuts down to clear the cam, Re-fitting valves for the second time and generlly pissing around with things that should be straight forward...

Here's some pics of the turbo position though, makes it all worth while! *tongue*
