Looks like you've got loads more than you need. It's good fun though.

Spend lots of time working out your power distribution and fuses. Then sort out relays where needed. After that everything else is straightforward.

Update time sort of....

Look what seen the light of day today *smiley* I thought as I am off work soon, before I go away again I best get the lockup ready for the Engine coming back.

Also anyone know where I can get some " I'm double hard Bruce lee" M8 turbo studs ? As I am sick of snapping them.

I need to pull my finger out as I have a lot on next year lol.
Thanks simon.

does the the starter engine to flywheel connection remain unprotected?

you can do anything if you set your mind to it...
i rather blow it up winning than keep it together losing.

finish date set for project 1... march 2018

I like the slotted bolt holes on the bottom of the wok, should make it a lot easier to change the clutch in situ.

Pretty much what tom has said, start with working out the routing of everything, then power and it's distrution, the earthing, then break all the circuits down into mini looms, routing all the wiring as you go, hold in place with cable ties or tape, then loom tape it all up. If you start working out all the individual circuits out on paper, it will help it turning into a big confusing mess, and label the ends of wires as you go. If you get stuck on anything feel free to drop me a pm and I'll see if i can help out with anything from where i am :)

So for example for a small circuit or component drew 15a, and it was a 4ft run from the power source (starter) multiply that by two just to be safe (8ft) then 15a x 8ft = 120famps. So you'd look at the table under 3% 12v (starter rad fan etc use 10%) you'd go down to the first largest value (138famps) then left to the max amperage for engine bay to be on the safe side, if it doesn't exceed that then look at the size. So for above it would be 14awg.

Yes it's got a kinetic?? gasket, a nice Kad pinion support, some new pistons, a fully rebuild box with new wind age tray, a new stretched chain, the rotary assembly has been balanced. So every thing should be sweet now.
