Swansea boyo!

Looks like a quiffy bull haha. Intercoolers hanging out of the front of cars never look good though imo!

Decided to make a cover to go over the intercooler pipe which comes through the bonnet. I used an aluminium bottle to form a GRP mould

Trimmed ready to fit

Screwed in position and glass fibred on the front

First stage filling then primered

Still shit. Sorry, but this is a solution to a problem that doesn't need to exist.

As you say, it's your car and you can have it however you wish.

Just looked through your thread and notice you have a smaller alternator, mega jolt , so
Loosing your dizzy and coil giving you the room to fit behind the grill.. my cooler also a
Bit looks bigger than yours.. would cost me probably about another £300 to get it behind
the grill so for the time being I'll keep it where it is.. may look at getting a narrower air filter
and seeing if I can get it where yours is... by the way yours looks good . You've got a lot
In there. ...

Mounting it vertically up your drivers side brace bar would of kept it all out of sight, but some go for the intercooler on show look but atleast it will look a bit better with that lil pod uve made

Surely mounting it in the arch against the brace bar will result in hardly any air flow passing through the matrix , counter acting the purpose of the intercooler...which is keeping cooling of the intake air too a maximum..
