However thinking about it my red turbo with quaife ATB also feels like that. Class C 3rd Place Avon 2011 14.18 @101mph |

Done, and on the road (minus intercooler for now) running 6psi. Drives awesome. Just on my way out for another blast.

I think the wheels need a brighter centre colour personally. Perhaps "straw" (light gold colour) would go OK with the yellow? I think your right Tom, black hides the nice V5 style. There slowly growing in me, but wished I'd gone for Silver now. Come on, be a man. Anodize the rings black as well. Why on earth would anyone want gay..I mean gold centres? Too afraid to add it up to be honest. All I know it cost me a lot more than initially thought.

By my guesstimation the head, tb's, ecu, plenum, manifold, turbo etc without the bottom end will be around the £3k mark If something is worth doing, it's worth doing half of. |

What intercooler are you gonna run again? If something is worth doing, it's worth doing half of. |

Intercooler will be custom, to fit in into the left hand side grill area. Input in one side & Output straight to plenum the other. Core size 250mm x 170mm x 65mm. Very similar design as Escort RS series 2 intercooler.

Intercooler eventually arrived today, so cracked on this evening. All rubber mounted up, it's a tight fit and only just clears the bottom of the bonnet plunger. I'm really happy with the quality and workmanship from AH Fabrication, just a shame about the delay.

I love this build. I hope my Bay one day looks half as good as this. BHP sells engines, but Torque wins races! |
