Just thought I'd give a quick update!

Unfortunately I didn't get as much done over xmas on them due to everyone in the house being i'll.
I have managed to get all of the standard type finished though, and half of the high flow type to this stage, ready for the final bit of welding.

I hope to get all of the high flow type finished in the next week or so.

For those of you that want the standard type, please let me know how you want to pay the final amount and if you would like to collect or for me to send it to you. I'll try and find out postage costs (will probably be aound £8-£10) for uk.

Cheers
Matt

I haven't had chance to look at the oil drains yet, I'll have a look at making one up tho, whilst I still have the manifolds to try them on.

These new modern turbos with their quick spool up time, would make the competition harder.

I'll be making another batch, but that will be in March. I only have a limited amount of flanges, and im not sure if I'll be doing the high flow ones anymore, as they take so long to make. *oh well*

I'll be putting another thread up in a month or so for the next batch.

I mean, mine currently goes back into the speedo drive,so no speedo for me,

i guess you'd need it all to work it out?

Just collected my high flow manifold, brilliant piece of work, thanks again,Matt. It fits!!!!!!!!Minor issues only for general information - the turbo seems to sit a little lower and interferes with the drain through the side of the block, but I'll go into the sump because I can on the Midget. Also I'm going to put one turbo to manifold stud in the manifold, the other 3 in the turbo to get clearance for the nuts.I seem to have some clearance between the centre exhaust stub and the Metro n/a inlet manifold, but the turbo inlet is a mile out.Can also get at the centre manifold studs withe the n/a,and if I use big thick washers won't need stepped ones.Once again well done Matt. *Clapping*

Cheers Steve.

I was going to say to you about the studs. I left them threaded as they are easy enough to drill out and not so easy to put threads back in! *hehe!*
