i'm going to drive mine as little as possible over the next month, at least it'll stand a chance of not shitting itself before the day.

Well I had booked a rollers day last year with the Lincs mini club and then the weekend before i went to pod and managed to wreck my clutch! I just hope nothing happens when i go to pod at the weekend!

Yep clutch is sorted I got a new pipe to fit between the master and slave and put another master cyclinder on and not had a problem since. very strange!

I just want to go to set it up a bit better Im in the process of making a new needle for the carb. I dont want to upset the neighbours too much going up and down the bypass!

Just about to re-torque the head down on the van after fitting a new head gasket the night before IMM.

Been really sweet since.

But as you say, there's always that doubt that a few beans before a dyno could end up ruining your day !

I'm looking forward to it.

Surely we should be able to pip the current group dyno average of 98 bhp.

I've got money for 11 cars including mine (which the vaux is doubtful but not out yet!)

Pod or Avon? I'm guessing pod as its much easier for logistics!

Then there is the question of where we're all stopping.

i've emailed pod to see if we can camp there, then just make a night of it,

What does everyone think? i'm hoping we do more than 11 cars and that plenty of people come for the social like MITP.

got an email back from POD,

Basically you buy a weekend ticket for 20 quid and that will include camping. gates are open till 8pm so plenty of time to get there etc from the RR.

A day pass is a tenner, so its basically a tenner for camping, i'm guessing a proper camp site only charges that and you have better facilities?

I'll be bringing with me a set of scales, so we can really see how much difference weight and power makes.
