i know its a bit late  but here it is.

the aim was to have the car done for the mini showdown at AVONPARK, we were going to sit off at about 1pm, but after two 1am late nights followed by a 5.30am start the morning we needed to go, and a last minute hand by my brother it was all back together, at about 5pm, so we got to Stratford at about 10pm that night.

the show was good, both cars look well.

then the next week we went to the retro show at santa pod

just a few new bits that i made.
when i was redoing this car their were some things i wanted to make for it. the first was the front spoiler, which i think looks nice, from the front it rounds it off nicely with the arches.

second was some side skirst, i wanted them to make it look lower, and to blend the arches in to the body a bit more, again i think that they look ok.

and the last thing was to make a rear diffuser, this is because it looks abit empty with no exhaust coming out of the back, i was going to paint it the same colour as the stripes, but in the end i did it in metallic black, so it dos'nt jump out at you.

Well done on the feature.

As much of a fan as I am about removing material, I like that fact that even the dash is getting made from metal!
