Its been a while since ive updated...but he's the progress!

The exhaust has now been welded, and ive finished off the last 2 pieces to be welded in tonight! :)

Ive also been brushing up on my CAD skills AGAIN! *laughing*

Believe it or not..but it actually fit under the bonnet, could be interesting trying to keep the hoses on with the short stubs mind. *oh well*

This is my oil return block.

good stuff,

personally i'd loos the ITB's and stick one one the end, then you can have some extra fixing length for the hoses.

I like the oil block, is that bought? what are all the holes for?

Cheers.

I have thought about it but didn't know what size to go for so decided to stick with what works. *oh well*

My mate made the oil return block I was only expecting a square block with a few threaded holes in it..lol

The top hole is for a breather, one side for turbo return, other side for cam head oil return and the back hole will just have a bung in it.

Looks ace matt,
Did you get it welded or was that a home attempt?
Either way, looks class.

Is the oil return block in ally or st/st? Nice piece of kit. You cant beat a good engineering machinist. *cough**cough* *blush*

Cheers for the comments guys, I got to the stage last week that I nearly started again because I didn't think I could get it to work, the near 40 hours of pissing around has finally paid off! lol

I found handy place that does TIG welding and only charge £25 an hour, so will be using them again me thinks. :)

Yeah my mate is damn handy, that wasn't done on a CNC and god knows how he managed it?

se x on a stick matt ,nice job ,with the hoses ,run a few straps from the plenum to the bodies to fix it in place so the hoses dont have to do the job

Medusa + injection = too much torque for the dyno ..https://youtu.be/qg5o0_tJxYM
