Still lots to do and find! Since my house move last year, I can't seem to find anything, it's split between two workshops and the garage in boxes.

Matt, just flown through this entire thread - been a hell of a long time (years) since I've looked at it. The work on the gearbox is just unreal - hope it all works out well! On 15th Jul, 2009 fastcarl said:

I will try my best to get a vid. I may need a volunteer to film it that doesn't mind being showered in gears. https://www.facebook.com/pages/Fusion-Fabri..._homepage_panel

I've got a feeling it is Brett. It wasn't very expensive put it that way. I only swapped out my original copper one as it had a slight leak and this one was lighter. Have you got a link to the decent ones? If anything my old rad made it run a little too cool, so this may work ok. I'll get it running and see what its like. Yes Andrew, this one has the 25mm core. https://www.facebook.com/pages/Fusion-Fabri..._homepage_panel

My ali cored item was half the price of the thicker tube and fin rad. This is an ali cored job - http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Fiat-Cinquecento...=item51d08a1c84 You can see the higher number of horizontal cores in the above item compared to this one - http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Fiat-Cinquecento...=item27d837bc11 |

Haha tell me about it, I was considering stripping and cleaning it, and machining up an aluminium pulley for it, but I decided it wasn't worth the risk of braking it. https://www.facebook.com/pages/Fusion-Fabri..._homepage_panel

Well it's been a while since the last update, I've not had much time to work on the car due to work and kids. I have made an effort to finish it off now for this summer, so lots of odd jobs finished off and some other major reworking as usual!
