This is going to probably be a really dumb questions, but why 3 reservoirs if theres only the brake and clutch thats hydraulic? Whats the third one for??

Nice one! What arches are those? Wich a car like that would be somewhat road legal here... :(

you can do anything if you set your mind to it...

Hmm, sorry to spam your thread Jonny, just want a fuel cell but I'm really anal and want to be able to rig it to my standard fuel gauge, but when I spoke to concept racing they weren't too clear about doing so

This will match the mini gauge to the vdo sender.

Minus is looking awesome!

Thanks for all the positive comments guys, been doing a few little bits to it, i think the next update will be a nearly completed car (although they are never finished!).

Its definately smoke grey, but its not come out like the BMC colour, its more blue. I love it though!

Curley carbon Migs, cut down a lot, still need a little fettling. Not happy with the drivers rear.

Exactly that, dual line (aka two masters, one front, one rear) with a balance bar between them.

I've got one of those, i had a play with it using a psu when i first got it, and I was very impressed with the features for the price, if you added up all the separate features as gauges you'd be paying a hell of a lot more than the cost of the rx2n

I'm not sure yet as I haven't set it up yet. The instructions for wiring it up were good. Control instruction are pretty vague though.

M5 Dome headed Allen bolts and nuts. Sealed with damming tape. They pull in a bit around the bolts as the damming tape was quite thick.

Gotta say the only bad thing I found when playing with the rx2n, is the fact that when you flash your headlights, its also the feed to change the colour of the background. Hence I'm adding a separate telltale for main beam and adding a push to make switch for the backlight colour change, obviously not a problem if you just have the blue version!

Got some more done this week.

Windscreens in, what a pig! Wiper motor (need a park switch before i fit the wipers), bonnet spring clips, passenger seat and both doors. Door gaps are piss poor, but i'm not fussed.

Just waiting for my exhaust to turn up and it should be road worthy. I have a long list of things to do still but i'll do those later.

Door gaps don't look that bad on pics. Why is the window in a rubber and not bolted like the rest? ( not taking a piss but just out of interest)
Nice looker wil it be on imm?

Its hard to see in pictures as they're not a side profile.

You're not allowed polycarbonate front screen for MOT although some people do use them.

I did want to go IMM as i'm local but i've got to work!

jonny, how are the sliders on your door windows. do they have some resistance so they wont fling open when your driving along?

They've got barely any resistance, not sure if they would fly open though. Only one way to find out!

I got them from ACW motorsport they did offer a pin system to lock them closed for security. Looks pretty simple to make something with a pin if needs be.
