Just check if you have fuel coming from the injectors because it sounds like you have a crank sensor issue to me from reading your posts and the crank sensor would explain the lack of spark.

The injectors are pumping...

Does that mean anything?

That means you have a good crank signal into the ECU.
You can check the ECU coil and injector outputs with a 12v LED to see if it flashes while cranking using the LED will not put to much current draw on the coil drivers in the ECU. this will give you an idea if it's the ignition coils or ECU.

I would say it was definately the ignitor in the dizzy.

Had a few go on honda's before.

Ive ordered a whole new dizzy now mate just to skip the hassle, after looking at prices of coils and ecms it seemd silly not to spent about 50 more and get a whole dizzy.

If it dosnt work then, well, itl show my wiring is a bit off haha...

Plus i have 2 ecus a p30 which is the correct one, and a p28 which isnt correct but would start it. So it shouldnt be the ecu in theory... If it is ill get my money back on the p30 i brought.

Yeh agree with the carbon and lasses, but this car isnt for the lasses, this will be hidden away sensibly in the garage for the lasses. Haha

Are you planning to have some heat shielding for the alternator ?

It may not like the radiant heat from that manifold.

Manifold will be wrapped, thats all, alot of the other builds with honda alts are basically touching so im better off than some people.

Yes heat wrapping is bottom if the BIG list the the moment lol.

Sounds a bit load as the manfold is only on 2 studs. But runs, idles smoothly. Revs well... Replaced the dizzy and went first crank of the key... Chuffed :)

Just read this whole thread mate , looks great. I was looking forward to hearing it run and the smile on your face says it all ! Top job .

P.s I think it was camera shake but on the last few seconds of the video it looks like your alternator is wobbling .
