2 tins will do the all under side but if I was you I would use the stone guard instead come in the same tin and sprayed with the same gun. Give you a better job.

Right, I am going to make use of the VAT Free offer at Machinemart tomorrow or Monday evening and get some Tetraschultz stonechip - Has anyone got any experience using this ? what I am after is what its surface covereage is actually like and how many i should buy to spray the underside of the Mini?

I was going to get 3 of these - http://www.machinemart.co.uk/shop/product/...derbody-sealant

Has anyone got any tips for spraying this stuff on ? Coat thickness ? Pressure on compressor ? as i am a complete novice in this area *smiley*

Also I have been told by a couple of people to warm the cans in a bucket of hot water so the stonechip is an equal consistency ? does this sound right ?

Ive got some solvent cleaner that I use for work that works a treat to remove the residue left over from the sound deadening. If you want a bottle just let me know.

The stuff I use is made to remove adhesive and made by the company I work for. If you need a bottle I don't mind sending one as I get it for free. *happy*

The HAM1200-loom is a perfect fit for a clubman.
Used one in my clubman estate project.
Only 1 wire was to short and that was the oiltemp. sender wire.
A simple decent straight forward solution.

It's a little car .... eating big money
