You can get a nice smooth bend on the down pipe. There's plenty of room.

Looking good though

In the 13's at last!.. Just

Right yesterday I started to chop the saab down pipe up and got this

and this

Then tonight after some grinding I got this

And some more choppin

and more choppin and grinding

and some more grinding I ended up with this

Here it is fitted to the engine but I may have to do a few tweeks

tomorrows job I think I'm going to fit the bottom stablizer from KAD

Got the engine fitted up to the car today too which was to help me see how and where the down pipe was going to sit

heres a little look down the back

tomorrow I will be making the washers with a step in them for the inlet and exhaust flange that are different thickness to each other.

Well today got my washers done not fitted yet because been on with other things

Got the KAD steady bars fitted and I must say that they are top quatily no having to holes longer and all that shit they went straight on.

then the rest of day I've been welding unwanted air vent holes

Then bit of filler

Now for some 2k primer and macking

And then for abit of red

Then I made a start on the rad where I got chance to wxxk over my carbon weezel rad cowl. Which again is TOP QUALITY and you can't fault the service from Nick and his team.

Got one of there top brakets too but I'm going to have mod that whan I'm sure which thomo houseing I'm going to use.

When you sprayed this your self, what did you do it with ? I am thinking about spraying over my painted ones with Hammerite, thining it down and putting it through the spray gun on the compresor.

Got the subs back from the powder coating but ended up spraying the front one because they did a crap job on that one.

Got nothing done this weekend but got a though bits done through the week starded to make the air intake pipe for the turbo which is not complete yet.

I've left plenty of room for the electric fan to go on the out side of the rad

also started building the front suspension and front hubs
can't bolt disc's because I've got aloy drive flanges and there is no room round the bolt head to fit a socket on so i'm going to order some alan cap bolts to do this job.

I did got all the fuel pipes and the exhaust off I'm going to drain the tank off next.

I've order a spit to turn the van over and the to make it easy to paint the floor sort the rear subframe and pipes. Could have made but not really got the time.

I see, bolts where the heater hoses go, will fit with a bulkhead box then.
