the oil drain is going into the dizzy hole, hoping this will be enough. time will tell.

Is the oil drain pipe low enough, in that it's always lower than the Turbo ? as it drains under gravity. |

well, the drain is about an inch lower than the turbo, but is about 8" away from the turbo so it is at quite a shallow angle,

Is the oil drain pipe low enough, in that it's always lower than the Turbo ? as it drains under gravity. the turbo itself is a good few inches above the dizzy drain hole, then theres the pipe comming out of the turbo which falls about an nich, then a rubber hose going to the dizzy, im out there tomo taking it off so will try to get some photos of it. at no point does the hose bend up, it just quite a mellow fall. |

well the turbos off, got some pic of the oil drain, i think im going to tweek it to make it shorter and try to get a bit more of a slope on it. rebuild kit came today so will be rebuilding that as well, good news is there wasnt any oil in the manifold before the turbo,

well with the help of gary we rebuilt the turbo. there was plenty of play before and was worried the oil could be comming through the oil seel.
