i love this car, is there any guides on what you've done with the bulk head and moving it back?

Looks fantastic, however I would seriously recommend using a grommet where the battery cable goes through the bulk head.

Rob me old china!!, you're clearly not familiar with barnsley engineering, and mentality.
Mike leaves it like it is to save on the weight and cost ,and if at any time the outer chaffes through and things look to be going pear shaped , Mike will instantaniously tear off a section of his own foreskin skin and jam it twix the shell and bare cable , thus avoiding any scorching of that lurvvvly orange [ read faggot orange] paintwork but untill such a time bare metal it is,

WORD!!!!.

ive just been re-reading your engine spec and its basically exactly the same as what i am going to be running.

i was just wondering what sort of boost you are thinking about running i was thinking 15-17psi with mine and was debating the whole single/double grey diaphram palava so will be good to see what results you get on the dyno and also how well the clutch holds up. as this will help me with my decisions along the way with my build.

oh and one more thing, are you using a 2wd cooler? i was thinking about something abit different so would be good to see what sort of difference it that might make if everything else is very similar.

Cheers, James.

I will be running 4psi at first then eventually a max boost of around 12-14 psi!

I think its a 2wd cossie, im a bit unsure of the differences. Im using single grey diaphram with lugs machines 1.5mm and 3 straps.

Hope this helps

Cheers

Mike

Slightest of Updates. Nearly there, should be going for a first fire up today, would have tried yesterday but i think my condensor is shat. Unfortunately the tangerine machine wont be making its debut at Avon, ill be there but no car. I will on the other hand be attending mitp.

Enjoy the pics.

Im toying with the idea of having no grill at the mo. Just leaving it out there for all to see.

Oh and i have stuck with straight through exhaust, i have just slid an old rc40 backbox over the top of the 2,1/4" Pipe. Teehee sneaky! That should fool the mot station.

SKYLINES ARE LIKE CLITS, EVERY FLANGE SEEMS TO HAVE ONE: see this sticker on my silvia

the Search-section on this forum is blummin superb & simple to use, unlike some other forums, without the search-section & the help of this bunch of chaps on here i'll never be able to !!!Start the day with a 998cc turbo!!! :) i'm getting closer though!
