I know the kad front hubs can be used on both sides as they have disc mounts on the front and back. That or you could add some extra weight and run double calipers *wink*

I'm sure you know this Simon, but make sure you lubricate any Ti fasteners well, like stainless it doesn't respond well to sliding against the same material, and can gall up like a bastard if you are not careful.

Hi all, well I have slowed down a bit on the car as I am waiting on the postman to bring me some bits and bobs, so I can build up the subframe, as for the Engine I started playing with it today.

I was doing the timing cover and 1 of the last studs left to tighten and it started spinning, not good*frown* I have bodged it by cutting it and then using a srew driver.

I am not too happy with it but it will do the job for now.

Then i gave it a good coat of Tough Guy black

I like black engines as well, not so sure about a black box though.

Well today was spent doing the little jobs that take forever, like retaping all the threads in the Engine and gearbox, also i started fitting some of the ancillaries to the block.

Whilst i was at it I drilled out my new power flow oil pump so it fixes to the block with 4 bolts now, as on my old Mini spares copy the lugs broke off so now it spreads the load.

Looking good.
