Lee, I think you'd better get you car on Endaf's scales, my car has the same amount as carbon as you, (apart from roof), with a custom cage, titanium bottom arms, kad rear disks and arms.......etc and I'm still 100kg's heavier than your quoted figures

Looking at the minimag.

You haven't taken out the steel rear seatbelt mounts? I assume you aren't having rear seats in?

Been reading the build thread some nice parts used but after reading so many pages of "what the weight " and no reply makes me wonder if it is under 500 if it's is I can't understand why the weight is so hidden at that's something to be proud off

In reference to Simon's "what happened to TM thread", I think it's threads like this that make people stop posting on here.

I think the OP took it well, but, he hasn't been back has he...

You need to refer to the TM commandments. If you make unsubstantiated claims, you will be mocked.

This particular member doesn't really contribute, just puts up pictures of whatever he has spent his money on next.

Thats because he sold the car and moved on to something else to win show and shine trophies, so i believe

A little abit of criticism I think gives a good read aswell as abit more advice in some case not saying slate to the point making the person hang him self.
I'm quite superised with the actual weight...
If you got bags of money the ti shaft and have a look at arc's cf beam and arms match the rest of the car with a actual massive weight loss than just shafts.

It's not built to be the fastest or lightest car, just a shiny 'look at me' statement if you ask me, the drilled rollcage still has me amused now reading back through it.

They still have the car it's just bright green now! They also have a minus, James Evans old car but with tic tac stickers all over it. I'm not keen on either but do appreciate the work gone into them.

I wouldn't trust arc angels parts on anything other than panels. I had a carbon engine steady from them and it collapsed in on itself (three other steadies on the car at the time to).

It took a year to get a replacement and what they sent is just solid alloy bar covered in carbon lol. Given up now. DSN alloy one is much better.
