Nothing hugely exciting, but a couple of new bits arrived today.

A heavy duty steering drop bracket from Jon Betts (http://www.JB-Fab.com) as well as a flywheel locking tool thing.

I fitted my new track rod ends the other day, but havent had time to do the tie-rod bushes yet, hopefulyl at the weekend.

Again, no major updates. Spent a little bit of time on the car today, and did the Tie Rod bushes. Had a little helper which made a nice change.

Also, it was one of those jobs I was really glad to have done - the ball joint nut on the nearside was only finger tight.. scary!

I took the car to have the tracking done today, first time I've used it since my last update. Fun.

Just took a couple of snaps because I thought it looked cool =)

Another small update. Today I replaced the fan, swapped the radiator out for a spare given to me by Dave, fitted some rear shocks, and fitted the steering drop bracket thing.

Really need to get my arse in gear and start planning the turbo install and fixing the paint.

Not really got anything to update, but I did get some new tyres fitted today, and took a fews snaps. I've been too busy using the car as it is to make any progress.

I also re-fitted the bonnet. It's a long way from perfect, but the whole frontend is!

It is amazing how a set of tyres can change the appearance of a car so much. Not many cars can carry off the gold wheels either

Not a real update, but a few more bits bought.

Firstly, an exhaust for the turbo motor.

Then a few bits picked up at MITP. A fuel tank (with pump) to make my life easier, mk2 rear lights, some new arches, and I also paid for a new fibreglass frontend, but I won't receive that for a few weeks yet.

The MOT expired today, so it's time to take the car apart and start work on turbo install. I decided against getting it MOTed now, as it has a leaky exhaust and I couldn't be bothered to spend any time/money on it just to let it sit in the garage.

Be nice to see some progress over the next few weeks I'm hoping mate. I'm currently enjoying spending a week on mine. Progress is always slow *frown*

Heh, it was totally depressing yesterday at MITP. I quite like my mini, but crikey it's rough as old nails compared to even the worst cars at the show yesterday.

Perfection doesn't come overnight mate. Mines rough in lots of places where my knowledge or skill was rough at the time of building, it'll never be finished, always something to improve.
