I've used a good standard loom as a base on mine and installed a new fuse box from Polevolt. Depending on what you are going to install wiring wise, could you not repair what you've got? I've pretty much soldered all joints and used heatshrink to seal |

Have a look at a mk1 wiring diagram, that is about as basic as they come. I removed about half my loom, soo many wires not needed. Dim dip relay/resistor thingy was a major one from what I remember. https://www.facebook.com/pages/Fusion-Fabri..._homepage_panel

Get a relay and a small fuse box, utse the relay to power he fuse box and power it from an ignition fuse on the standard fuse box. Then move things like radio, megajolt etc etc onto the new fuse box. Will make things a lot more reliable(assuming you wire it properly lol)! On 11th Feb, 2015 robert said:
i tried putting soap on it , and heating it to brown , then slathered my new lube on it |

Its quite easy realy just run the loom on the inside of the bulk head and bring the wiring through at the back of the wiper motor and down the inner wing for everything on the front pannel. Craig
