Looks the dogs bollox :) Have you managed to get any closer to sorting the speedo? Cheers. Urm well im now running a photocell sensor with a trigger wheel running off the original speedo cable. Ive got to buy a new cable as mine snapped, but should start making the housing etc next week. It should sit quite neatly behind the dash and should be quite light too as the trigger wheel can be made of plastic. https://www.facebook.com/pages/Fusion-Fabri..._homepage_panel

Wired the dash in today, all the pissing about has finally been worth it. I decided to polish it up for now instead of flock it.

Looking good that Matty. I think I'm definitely gonna go for one of those dash's. I fancy blue flocking for mine though. On 15th Jul, 2009 fastcarl said:

Ah just noticed your gear stick hasn't got the damper on it! I think im gonna chop it off and replace the stick with a bit of ally tube? https://www.facebook.com/pages/Fusion-Fabri..._homepage_panel

I never realised but the gearstick is 2 piece. If you get that damper apart then the stick will separate |

I would not use ally on the gearstick! It ill bend during a track day or something when you are not to kind with it.

the handbrake's effectiveness will be much worse with it sticking up like that. I tried, but the radius of movement on it makes it less effective. you have to move it much longer to do the same thing as you did by lifting it a click or two when it was horizontal |

Will be fitting a beam next year so will get a good coat of paint on it then. Not sure if there is another way round it. TBH On 12th Dec, 2008 miniminor63 said:
