one of the lads in my club ordered a complete engine of him recently even though we warned him about it! 2 weeks delivery?? yeah still waiting at least 2 months on!

How anyone would even want to consider buying from Morspeed with all the testamonials about their shocking service is beggers belief.

You should have told him to throw the money down the drain, he would have got quicker results.

I wasn't panicking, but I am now LOL,

Went down to my local engineering company today to check the progress on my motor and they said the work on the morspeed head was 'average'... disappointing!

I'd just like to point out now that I'm in no way here just to stick up for him because I'm not.

However, I'm good mates with Simon and won't let anyone else work on my engine. He has never fobbed me off and the work has always been top notch, I can't fault it. Although he can be a pain to get hold of and I know this (Helps having his mobile number ) alot of his bad rep is by people jumping on the 'we hate Morspeed' bangwagon, commonly seen on TMF. Of course everyone is entitled to their opinion but there are alot of happy customers out there aswell. :)

i have never dealt with the guy or company,
every one will shout up with the bad experiences and make it know but those with good experiences are never heard
im in no doubt there are many happy customers but why so, so many un happy?

If you have a good experience you'll tell a few people. If you have a bad one you'll tell anyone that will listen.

However given the option I personally wouldn't deal with Morspeed.

You have already discussed this with my OH on TMF Prawn, I have nothing else to add than what he told you on there.

However, what some people seem to forget is that they have only received one half of the story, yours/Oli's mum. Of course I'm not suggesting your a liar, not at all but I have also heard his side which most people haven't and I'm sure if they knew the things I do their opinion might change slightly.

Not interested, keep your TMF arguments on TMF.
