Here is the screen shot of what I finished today.
Now I know what wire goes where if I have so troubles with the electonics... I also plannet to print cable stickers so i can mark the cables with same names as the table. Then I think its PRO...

Some progress here. I got all the tubings fitted and new brackets for coolers. It seems that everything sits under the bonnet nicely 8-)

nice split project you've got yourself, some minor panelwork is an understatement i believe...

Yes there is a lot of panelwork, for example whole floor and floor rails, doors, bottom side panels... must be renewed. And of course there is no engine or steering wheel... In fact this car has layed in the forrest since 1982 and now stupid me saved this 50 years old bus.

Here is picture of where it was forgot...

Not much done for Mini exept the breather oil reservoir. There is two 19mm hoses from timing cover and gearbox and one 12mm hose from valve cover. Next operation is that I'll move the air filter to front below the water intercooler... Then I can move the window wiper back to original place to right side.

What clutch are you using? Time for RTS?

In the 13's at last!.. Just

I'm using AP racing Road/Rally plate with grey diaphragm. I think that the reason for clutch slip is polished flywheel and backblate surfaces. This is because I used sintered plate and by then the clutch get a bit warm...

btw. despite the clutch it produced 172hp/233Nm corrected engine power so I'm pleased with that. And the labda was between 11-12.5 trough whole area.

0.8bar was boost, but it hardly reach that because the throttle must lift up to prevent clutch slip...
