Now the rads in I can order the right hoses, also a loom, some of that vibration mattting insulation stuf, hmmm, bound to be other bits. Then its off the the sprayers!

Just a small update. Rads fitted now, also made a little 'cover' type thing. I know it goes against some of your weight saving religions. I am sorry.

Nice and sturdy now though.

How are you going to fill you're colling system up and where are you going to put/connect you're header tank?

Just sorting cooling hoses etc out on my clubby...

mk1 metro i believe. SPI is just a normal side mount, i guess you meant the MPI?

Ive got a header tank to mount somewhere to fill the rad.

Its a fiat cinquecento rad I got from a car parts place on fleabay.

i got the same rad that im trying to fit in my round noise, got to say my brackets are no where near as nice looking as yours. Seeing you rad hoses has give me a idea of how it all mite fit.
