The guy that hit him was 3 times over the limit at 15:30. He seen the volvo coming towards him whilst he was on the hard shoulder checking a suspceted flat tyre. He was round the passenger side of the pick up when the car came towards him, so dived under the barrier. His leg was still sticking out a bit and his car went over his leg breaking his leg and ankle. He is in hospital getting it operated on. Thats all the info that was on his facebook. |

Could of been avoided all together if it wasn't for a inconsiderate p*#k drink driving, people like that get on my tits!, all that time effort money gone into that pick up looked awesome, hope he has a speedy recovery |

Really really lucky considering, good job you reacted quickly as it could have turned out much worse for yourself, not to sound morbid but you might not even have been here to tell the tale. Looks like the back end was well constructed and probably saved it being far more damaged than it is. But does that the go on as a claim on my behalf? I only painted it on Thursday! 😂 But you are right I was literally seconds away from being dead!
