Whatever the material cost is plus your labour rate, no point in doing it and losing out or feeling like it's not worth it.

Wanted to do a fully returned panel, but the rear has a curved angled return as you know.

Panel is made. Surface finish looks weird in the picture as it's been wet blasted to prep in for paint....
