What's people's opinions on the KAD rear disc conversation. I've heard a few issues with the hand brake not working as it should.

What problems setting up. Handbrake or normal brakes. I'm thinking of losing the handbrake for a line lock anyway. Class C 3rd Place Avon 2011 14.18 @101mph |

I would defo have a set of slave cylinders the issue is the sizes people might want? I use the 1275 gt version that I'm not sure many people use. I run a supercharger and I don't care the TB is on the wrong side.

Oh and removing the circlip and using a nut and anti vibration washer would be great! I run a supercharger and I don't care the TB is on the wrong side.

Sounds like a good plan. I'd be interested in a pair. They weigh 0.85kg each in steel.

I would have a set. Defently like like the idea of loosing the circlip and using a nut on the pump. you can do anything if you set your mind to it...

I had problems with the handbrake seals leaking around the mech but when I told them I had a line lock they blanked the handbrake mech off and rebuilt for free as they had redesigned the seals since. A pain to set up but once eventually set they've been alright Avon 2010 class c 3rd

Any news on these Jim? I'd be interested in a lightweight drum setup too If something is worth doing, it's worth doing half of. |

I'm pretty sure that there's a fair bit of weight to be saved on the hand brake linkages inside the drum if you replace them with drillium. Isambard Kingdom Brunel said:
