Ok, I've sold my 12x5 Force Racing wheels along with my 8.4 Minisport brake kit.

I'm now looking for a set a 10" to fit under group 2 araches. I'm considering another set of force racing rims.

What's your suggestions? I'm considering ST10's or another set of V2's. Black centres?

I quite like the mini special wheel conversion, but £100 for the wheels plus refurb, makes then just as expensive.

How wide? My 10x6" (3" inner and outer) Force Racing V2 splits stuck out from standard group 2s (Yes, the ones that cost me £20 *wink*).

These are group 2 wide arches.

I'm looking for 5.5" width really. I've tried the wheels off my red turbo, and it looks so much better, than 12"s

Ten inch rules, V2 black centers would be my choice!

I'm also in the market for some 7.9" brakes and calipers. Minisport £318, Kad £600, Minispares Spares £450ish, SC mononlock £500 inc disc & flanges. Any ideas?

That's th safe bet, I know they luck amazing, just fancy something abit different. But then again I don't fancy waisting another £600 on wheels I'll not be happy with.

The ST are sandwich types do will need a 1.5" outer, with is putting me off slightly, but will be inset more.

I am using minisport ones with no complaints apart that I have changed bleed nipples once, very brittle. I would have gone for kad if I could afford them, although the SC ones look interesting.

Choose a brighter colour centre. The black hide the detail too much for my liking.

I went for the kad brakes, I know they are more expensive but if you look at the callipers side by side they are much more substantial IMO.

If I purchased my wheels again I would his for the st10's...

I run a supercharger and I don't care the TB is on the wrong side.

What colour do you suggest? I really like the look of Black 10x5 Revolution, but you can't buy them from anywhere.

Brakes ordered from MiniSport. 7.9 None vented with Titanium Calipers. Purely on price. I've had several sets and never had any problems, especially the newer style bleed nipples.

Ive got the st10's.

I'd say they would fit nicely with a 1.5 outer under the group2's.

Mine have a 3.5 inner and a 2 outer making roughly a 6 and they don't poke out to far.

I'd say st10s with a light silver centre and polished lips. I'll see if i can find a pic of my revos for the colour I'm on about!

My mates got a set of silver 10x5 V5's. We swapped around wheels the other night. Didn't look quite right on my car. Maybe a gunmetal or titanium colour.

Do they have a negative offset built in. I'm trying to understand and workout the offset on the ST10's

Not quite sure what you mean, hopefully this helps.

I just worked it out from the hub face.

As the outer rim is front mounted you have to add the thickness of the center to work it out (roughly 1/2"). So mine sit 2.5 inch from the hub mounting face.
