generally ok but i made an order ages ago and they sent out all but one thing as it wasn't in stock, a month later it turns up and they'd charged me for it with no notice, bit harsh i thought. Edited by t3gav on 2nd Apr, 2006. |

generaly not had a problem except with deliveries taking too long. Also i refuse to pay ?7.59 for P&P on a 1 degree woodruff key!

agreed the mini spares north are the worst in my oppinion as they have always droped short of ALL my orders in the past

Minispares North are fantastic! I've never had any problems with them at all! On 13th Jul, 2012 Ben H said:

Minispares GP 5 fucking spangly superduper bells and whistles best quality ever arches are shit. If I could be bothered, I would have got trading standards onto them. They looked like they had been on a rally car. I thought "Someone is having a laugh"

Generally speaking i find minispares to be quite good, but i only ever order from the north branch as they know what they are talking about. Think the southern operation suffers from having staff who wouldn't know clutch from a crutch.

Went to minispares north last saturday - very helpful and I will be going back. I like actually buying stuff rather than mail order all the time. |

placed an order with MS yesterday, i rang this morning to see if it'll all be here by Friday and was told the internet order guy (think its Matt Laycock is'nt it?) wasnt in today. So after a looong pause i was waiting for the sales guy to speak, n.. nothing... Hello? i said.. Yes.. was the answer.. So what's going to happen to my order then, i specificy requested EXPRESS delivery.. Oh it'll probably go later today, oh but we have no 4pin diffs so we'll ship it when they arrive, do you want to wait or shall i cancel the order?

i always leave a week before i expect my minispares delivery without fail. if i want something quick then i go elsewhere.
