It leaps off the line, a 10.9 must be within reach now.

Are you using the launch control function on the emerald? Seems to be on boost straight away.

OK folks , here's my analysis,

at 40 second Tom latches 2ng gear and hits the gas button, he momentarally spins up the wheels, now listern very very carefully at 46 seconds as he latches 3rd as he once agin hits the button you can hear a tyre chirp. if you play it over a few times you will hear it,

No robert , just the single 25 hp hit as mentioned previously, it does look a little suspecious with the massive gains wev'e made but the same 25 hp nitrous jet has been in there from day one,

if there is a chance of an outing with good traction we may have a bash at the 10 but we will ne progressive control if we are to up the power .

I would have thought at 46 seconds tom would have been back round in the pits looking for an ice cream?

i see its running 10's again i thought you said previously that it had better traction with the 13's or is it because of running slicks now?

They were the only good,ish slicks we had, they are off the twinnie, i'd been glueing them up all week and they seamed to work ok,
the added benefit of runnig 10" on the front is to build some decent rake into the car to counter the instantanious weight transfer at launch,

BTW, i weighed the Don on monday evening and it weighed 460 kgs on the 13" wheels, with 2.8 kgs of nitrous bottle in there,

the head and all the turbo gubbins really does add a chunk of weight,
