Hi all

pics tucked up in the poker room/garage ..lol
few bits to do but it seems ok , one thing is worrying me its smoking quite heavily but hopefully it will be ok when set up .
any suggestions on local rolling road ?
best place to set up steering and suspension i,m in essex
i,ll have lots of questions as i know fcuk all about A series turbos!





spec as i bought it , things i change will be listed
Bodyshell
Originally a 1987 Park Lane in Black.
All rust removed and replaced with new panels
Full bare metal respray in AA Landrover Yellow
Respray includes underside (stonechipped first) inside, under bonnet and inside the boot
New Steel front end – including 2 wings, 2 a-panels and front panel
Inner wings removed and brace bars fitted
Inner and outer Sills replaced
Driver’s side door step replaced, including bottom section of rear quarter panel
Both rear arches replaced
Full boot floor replacement
Rear valance and both corner closing sections replaced
Rear Bins and seat Swab removed
Turbo Bulkhead box fitted
Additional Box fitted above Bulkhead box for additional clearance
New 6 Point Bolt in roll cage in Black
Doors are lightened, inner panel and window mechanism removed
New door seals
Polycarb tinted windows all round (except windscreen) with sliders in doors
New Tinted windscreen fitted
New Window seals and Chrome inserts all round, including rear opening quarters
This car has had not patching; if the panel was rusty it has been cut out and replaced
Fibreglass Mk1 style KAD
New Mk1 Moustache and moustache ends
New Mk1 Wide Slat Chrome Internal release Grill
New Chrome Bumpers and over-riders Front and Rear
New Fibreglass Mk1 Style Bootlid with Correct number plate carrier
Mk2 Rear lights
New Crystal Halogen Headlights
Clear front indicators with orange bulbs
All new bright work, including door handles, light surrounds etc
Motor bike door mirrors in black
New Wide Group 2 Arches in Black

wow, lovely looking car and an amazing garage!

atspeed in rayleigh are supposed to be pretty good, not been there myself but have heard good reports.

as for suspension set-ups, i know scruffy on here does all that.

good luck steve , might be worth asking them if it really measures losses on the coast down ,rather than just adding a percentage like some do which is useless....before you go ..so you can compare with the rr shoot out nos ?
