the 17 fits well Gary. Yup, it went on much better this time. I was much more careful when chomping at it and didn't smooth the inlet on the flange so much. Glad I had 3 exhaust housings to practice on though. Not sure what others have done gasket wise, but the T3 one seems to work best for me. I think the manifold needs a bit cutting out of it to allow the fitment of a hose to the compressor outlet though. Unless you fancy tig'ing a bit of tube on there for me . In the 13's at last!.. looks great. I had a bad experience with those T-bar rocker cover nuts... I wouldn't use them again the bar came out and wrecked a new 2 core and 4 blade fan! If it was mine I would put normal style nuts on. Edited by gr4h4m on 22nd Nov, 2009. I run a supercharger and I don't care the TB is on the wrong side.

could do, how about rotating it a little. %20test/miniintercooler075.jpg[/img] I've not offered it up to the car yet, but I'm not sure I've got enough room to get a hose on, with it facing the bulkhead like that. I'd have to rething the actuator bracket as well. Hmmm, need to have a measure up. In the 13's at last!.. Just |

Dizzy blanking hole for me too! Especially as I'm going to be fitting it (I get more than one chance with it this way).

I reckon on going into the dizzy drive hole too. I'm thinking use a length of copper pipe with 2 90 deg elbow SILVER SOLDERED on and anchor it to the block on one of the clutch slave mounting holes. then you can use two bits of straight silicon hose to connect it at each end. |
