This is how it used to look:

I would like to see how you made the new manifold.

was an absolute pain to make just no room for what i wanted. The 2.5'' exhaust doesnt help with the room situation either.

I make that 162 hp then?

Pretty impressive from 1152cc small bore.

Well done.

Just out of interest. Are you running Hypatecs with the oil slot?

yeh they are the minisprt australia 1098cc + 0.060'' hypatecs with the slot have been runnnig them for nearly 2 years now and they look perfect still.

also running 15psi with them no troubles.

i was worried about them breeaking too but seem to be fine . there is a couple of ppl using them here now in boosted engines.

Lovey job. I need to up my boost to have the most powerful small bore again!

What's the new torbo then? Looks like the Garrett T2/25 family, but the comp output makes me think not.

Excellent. I take it that they'll manage 10psi unintercooled then.

I ran 9psi unintercooled with my setup (almost same as Bens old one) and was ok... but man things got VERY hot and headgaskets didnt like it...
I was also running hypatecs +40 though, and 15psi and its held together... I blew another headgasket after our dyno day though. Mine has slightly higher compression than bens so maybe thats why... oh and the carb was rooted :) So leaned out ALOT.

Bens got the most powerful Smallbore turbo in Aus now I think... and boy its a wicked little car.

Trying to convince him to make manifolds and sell them now :)
